Daniel J. O’Brien, 47, of Rock Falls; 2:29 p.m. Monday in the 2200 block of East Fourth Street; no valid driver’s license, speeding, no insurance; given notice to appear in court.

Alphonso G. Pendleton, 31, of Sterling; 7:31 p.m. Monday in the 2400 block of East Fourth Street; warrant for failure to appear on a charge of theft; taken to Whiteside County Jail.
