Lee County Sheriff

Jessica Lynn Troxell, 21, of Rock Falls; 4:02 a.m. Thursday; warrant for failure to appear on a charge of retail theft; held at Lee County Jail and given notice to appear in court.

16-year-old boy; 9:41 p.m. Wednesday; criminal damage to property; released to his parents.

Randall William Shankel, 22, of Franklin Grove; 10:19 a.m. Wednesday; warrant for failure to appear on a charge of domestic battery; posted bond and given notice to appear in court.

Nicholas Curtis Piper, 33, of Roscoe; 8:40 a.m. Wednesday; warrant for failure to appear on a charge of domestic battery; held at Lee County Jail and given notice to appear in court.

James Steven Cook, 18, of Dixon; 2:05 a.m. Wednesday; warrant for petition to revoke probation – resisting or obstructing a police officer; held at Lee County Jail and given notice to appear in court.

Ogle County Sheriff

Robert A. Kuehl, 25, of Rochelle; Thursday; DeKalb County warrant for unlawful sale of a firearm; posted bond and was released.

Joshua Bicknese, 21, of Leaf River; 7 p.m. Thursday in the 500 block of East Third Street in Leaf River; driving while license suspended; taken to Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

Nicholeia S. Gilmore, 38, of Rockford; Thursday; warrant for speeding; held at Ogle County Jail and given notice to appear in court.

Jeremy T. Russie, 36, of Morrison; Oct. 16; Rusk County, Wis., arrest warrant for failure to pay child support; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Jacob E. Davis, 24, of Fulton; midnight Oct. 21 at West Main and North Base streets; disobeying a stop sign, no valid driver’s license, driving under the influence of alcohol; taken to Whiteside County Jail and released with a notice to appear in court.

Lukas D. Boeger, 27, of Rock City; 11:20 p.m. Oct. 26 in the 700 block of West Lincolnway; improper lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol; taken to Whiteside County Jail and released with a notice to appear in court.

Damian A. Rieck, 21, of Morrison; 2:15 a.m. Oct. 27 on East Main Street; unlawful delivery of alcoholic liquor to a minor; released with a notice to appear in court. Arrested at the same time were Ike Morris IV, 20, of Morrison; Kaitlyn T. Garcia, 20, of Morrison; Thomas I. Losh, 18, of Savanna; Elizabeth N. Bos, 20, of Morrison, and a 15-year-old girl from Lyndon; all were charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor; all were released – the 15-year-old to her parents – with a notice to appear in court.
