MORRISON – Marjorie R. Pell, 91, of Morrison, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013, at Four Seasons Living Center in Morrison. She was a homemaker.
Marjorie was born Nov. 1, 1921, in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Elmer and Elizabeth (Ottens) VanDellen. She married Fred Pell on Oct. 3, 1946, in Fulton. He preceded her in death on Jan. 16, 2010. She was a member of Emmanuel Reformed Church in Morrison.
Survivors include one daughter, Beth Pell Williams of DeWitt, Iowa; five sons, John Pell of DeKalb, Ron (Jennifer) Pell of Concord, Calif., and Steven Pell, Randy Pell, and Roger Pell, all of Morrison; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one sister, Isabelle Benson of Morrison.
She also was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Floyd VanDellen.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home in Morrison. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Emmanuel Reformed Church in Morrison, with Rich Criss, ministry coordinator at the church, officiating. Interment will be at Grove Hill Cemetery in Morrison.
