Annual Dixon Lions Halloween Parade

Published: Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013 10:54 p.m. CST

A young ghost walks in the annual Dixon Lions Halloween Parade as it steps off through the streets of Dixon Saturday morning. Children gathered at Haymarket Square for a costume contest before the parade. After the little ghouls and goblins were judged, the parade began from the square. Children and adults fueled up for the parade at a Monster Breakfast fundraiser sponsored by Dixon Main Street and Lee County Council on Aging.
