Rockford doctor to speak Tuesday

OREGON – Dr. Jon Russell of the Center for Sight and Hearing in Rockford will talk at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Rock River Center, 810 S. 10th St.

Russell will talk about new treatments for low vision, and will show magnifiers, talking watches, and other devices to help people with low or no vision.

A question-and-answer period will follow.

The program is free and open to the public.
