FULTON – A new development will join the Fulton Industrial subdivision on 22nd Avenue in the city’s continuing effort to promote new business in the area.

Jeffery Zajicek, a local developer, presented a business plan to the Fulton City Council at a meeting Oct. 7, requesting the sale of property on 22nd Avenue, a plan the Fulton City Council needed more information on before making a decision.

After presenting the information again this week, Zajicek’s request for property for an incubator building and warehouse space was accepted by the council on a unanimous vote for the sale price of $32,865.

The building would house two office spaces to be rented by potential start-up businesses.
