Polo Student of the Month
Allison Reeder, 17, a senior at Polo Community High School, is the September Student of the Month. Her parents are Brian and Tracy Reeder. Her brother is Austin.

After graduation: I plan to attend Clarke University and major in athletic training and physical therapy.
Paycheck: I work at the Polo Pool.
BFF: I couldn’t pick just one.
Favorite actor: Jim Carrey.

Favorite TV show: “Pretty Little Liars.”
Favorite food: Barbecue ribs.
What is one tip you would give the freshmen? Work hard, be kind, get involved, and be yourself.

Dream job: To have Ellen DeGeneres’ job.
What would you do with $100, 000? I’d pay for my college education and do a little shopping.
I’d like to meet: Harry Styles.
Trading places: Ellen DeGeneres, because I’d love more than anything to make an entire audience smile and to give away gifts to deserving people.
Read this: “Thirteen Reasons Why,” by Jay Asler (mystery and suspense). It’s a great novel that shows teenagers how the simple things they do can affect others, and it’s a huge eye opener.
Hero: My mom.
