Snow flurries and temperatures in the 30s did not prevent local fishermen from trying their hand at catching fish Tuesday afternoon on the Rock River in Oregon. Snow fell throughout most of the morning and early afternoon without accumulating. It will be sunny and a bit warmer today, but still cold, with a forecasted high in the mid-40s.
