Activities planned at Rock Falls club

ROCK FALLS – The Other Side Teen Club, 209 First Ave., will have a variety of programs this weekend.

A Halloween dance for people 14 and older will be at 7 p.m. Friday. The cost is $4, and a form of identification will be needed. Costume contests will take place.

A lock-in for 14- to 17-year-olds will be from 10 p.m. Saturday to 9 a.m. Sunday. The cost is $15 per youth. Permission slips are required, and can be picked up at the club. Slips can be turned in at the club until Friday. Pizza will be ordered, and those attending can bring a sleeping bag and pillows. Parents will be supervising on site.

A Halloween dance for students from sixth through eighth grades will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday. The cost is $3 per person, and identification will be required. A costume contest with prizes will take place.
