Local center offers services and information

One in three women will experience an abortion once in their lives. The majority of these women will suffer from post-abortion syndrome. PAS is a form of post-traumatic stress disorder. Having an abortion leads to overwhelming grief, pain and regret.

As a previous client advocate and now board president of Hope Life Center, I have mentored and prayed with women whose lives have been tormented by PAS. If a girl or woman is faced with the decision to have an abortion, most of the time her decision is influenced by outside pressure or lack of information.

When an abortion-minded client comes to Hope Life Center, we are there for her, emotionally and spiritually. We can equip her with all the information needed to understand her baby’s development. Ultrasounds available at both Hope Life locations allow us to show her baby’s heartbeat. We offer classes that can help teach her how to become the best mommy possible. There are classes for daddy as well.

For a mother who chooses life but doesn’t feel she is prepared to parent, we provide information about the adoption option with a referral to a local adoption agency. We also offer sexual integrity classes in order to teach self-respect, absent in so many of our youths. We approach the unplanned pregnancy from all sides.

Hope Life exists to eliminate the need for abortion. Our mission is to empower individuals to make educated, life-affirming choices by ministering the truth about health, sex and pregnancy. Hope Life is a nonprofit organization. We need your donations and support.

Help save the life of an unborn baby, stop the destructive effects of PAS, and provide a supportive learning environment for all those affected by unplanned pregnancies. Let’s truthfully educate the people of our community. Visit www.hopelifecenter.com on the Internet.
