Fulton's Devin Kuehl (7) knocks away a pass intended for Princeton's J.J. Vaccaro at Bryant Field in Princeton. The Steamers won 35-6.

PRINCETON – Austin Regenwether scored three touchdowns and rushed for 152 yards to lead Fulton to a 35-6 win in a Three Rivers crossover contest.

The win was just the second of the season for Fulton (2-4), while the Tigers fell to 0-6.

While the passing game was effective late for the Tigers, it led to Fulton’s first score. Bryce Holesinger picked off a Jake Reinhardt pass at the PHS 22-yard line and returned it to paydirt with 53.4 seconds left in the first quarter.

From there, the Fulton offense steamrolled the Tigers. Six plays after Fulton nearly turned the ball over on a fumble, Regenwether scored on a 1-yard touchdown to make it 14-0.

Regenwether cashed in another 1-yard touchdown to put the Steamers on top 21-0.

Before the half was out, quarterback Ethan Jones hooked up with Holesinger for a 45-yard gainer, and then a one-yard TD toss to give the Steamers a 28-0 lead at the half.
