Diabetes support group starting up

OREGON – Living Well with Diabetes, a free support group, will start with an informational meeting at 6 p.m. Nov. 6 at Rock River Center, 810 S. Sixth St.

The group is sponsored by the center and facilitated by Marilyn Csernus, a registered and licensed dietitian and a certified diabetes educator from the University of Illinois Extension.

Living Well is for those with diabetes or family members. Meetings will include guest speakers, educational topics, and diabetes-friendly recipes.
