Sally A. Johannsen, 49, of Morrison; 11:02 a.m. Monday in the 2600 block of Woodlawn Road; Whiteside County warrant for obstructing a court order; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Angel L. Christensen, 26, of Franklin Grove; 11 a.m. Monday at Sterling Police Department; Whiteside County warrant for violation of conditional release; posted $500 bond.
