Speaker set for tea party meeting

ROCK FALLS – Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, will present a program at the Sauk Valley Tea Party meeting.

The meeting will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Eagle’s Club, 321 W. Second St.

Turning Point USA is a group of young people which focuses on principles and voter education.

Two tea party candidates also will be at the meeting: Will Lindsay, running for secretary of state, and Jeff McKinley, running for state representative in the 71st District.
