Ignacio Robles, 36, of Sterling; 11:36 p.m. Tuesday on West 12th Street and Avenue I in Sterling; Whiteside County warrant; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Scott E. Milligan, 38, of Rock Falls; 8:24 a.m. Wednesday at West Third Street and Avenue J, Sterling; expired license; posted I-bond.

Neel E. Hanke, 66, of Chana; 3:59 a.m. Thursday at Hemstock and Center roads, Ogle County; driving under the influence, disobeying a traffic control device. The vehicle Hanke was driving went through an intersection and hit the side of a Rochelle school bus. Hanke was taken to Rochelle Hospital and later to OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford. No one on the bus was injured.
