Readers can join new book group

FRANKLIN GROVE – The Franklin Grove Public Library is starting a book club.

The first selection is “Firefly Lane,” by Kristin Hannah. The discussion will be at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 15 at the library, 223 N. Elm St.

The club will meet monthly at 5:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday.

Multiple copies of each monthly selection will be available for pickup at the library. No library membership is required; all are welcome.

Refreshments will be provided.
