Food sanitation class in Mendota

MENDOTA – A food service sanitation manager certification course will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Oct. 5 in Conference Room C at Mendota Community Hospital, 1401 E. 12th St.

The 15-hour program is state-approved. All food service facilities are required to have certified managers.

Managers needing to renew certification may attend 5 hours of either session.
