Ginger M. Sanders, 45, of Sterling; 2:09 p.m. Friday at East Fourth Street and Fifth Avenue; no insurance, driving with suspended registration; given notice to appear in court.

Anthony L. Serrano, 21, of Sterling; 10:45 a.m. Saturday at West Sixth Street and Avenue G; Whiteside County warrant – release violation, retail theft, aggravated assault; taken to Whiteside County Jail.
