MORRISON – Lendell L. Lange, 81, of Morrison, passed away Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013. He was a lifelong farmer.

Lendell was born Oct. 8, 1931, the son of LeRoy and Gladys (White) Lange. He served in the Army National Guard, 129th Infantry, during the Korean War. He was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church of Morrison.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia (Steadman) Lange; a daughter, Audrey Lange of Elgin; a grandson; a sister-in-law, M. Jo Steadman of Holiday Island, N.C.; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Marian (Lange) Blauer; brother, Wilbert Lange; and son, Steven Lange.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday and a graveside service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Grove Hill Cemetery in Morrison, with the Rev. Dick Adams, pastor of First Baptist Church of Morrison, officiating. Military honors will be accorded. A light lunch will be served at First Baptist Church. Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home in Morrison is handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church.
