Cookout and rides in Rock Falls

ROCK FALLS – Free activities for families will be provided from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept., 14 at the Fire Museum, 403 W. Second St.

Firefighting tools, antiques, and toy trucks will be displayed. Inflatables will be available for children. Rides will be given on former Rock Falls 1975 Fire Engine 42.

Families can get their photos taken with a 1928 fire truck for $3. Kids can dress up as firefighters. A lunch will be sold, with proceeds going to help replace the museum roof. Visit www.firehouseofgodministries.com or call Firehouse of God Ministries at 815-622-9490 for more information.
