No laws broken at LOTS, officials say

DIXON – The Lee-Ogle Transportation System is backing off from statements that its provider agencies broke laws. In an interview this week, Lee County State's Attorney Anna Sacco-Miller, who represents county agencies, said LOTS' transportation providers violated the terms of grant agreements. "There is not a criminal offense," she said.
