Stanton D. Lewis, 19, of Byron; 3:34 a.m. Thursday in the 3300 block of Whitaker Road; consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis under 2.5 grams, possession of illegal fireworks; taken to Ogle County Jail.

Kaylab J. Gutierrez, 21, of Rock Falls; 3:18 p.m. Thursday at Fifth Avenue and Seventh Street, Rock Falls; using a cellphone in a school zone, no valid driver’s license; posted I-Bond.
