Man accused of selling cocaine pleads not guilty

DIXON – A Dixon man pleaded not guilty to cocaine charges Wednesday in Lee County Court.

Bond for Carlos Colin-Montes De Oca, 28, was reduced from $75,000 to $25,000; he posted 10 percent and was released from Lee County Jail.

He is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, delivery within 1,000 feet of a park and delivery within 1,000 feet of a church, all felonies.

He twice sold less than a gram of cocaine to an informant this spring, police said.

His next court hearing is Sept. 5.
