STERLING – The Kitchen Incubator of Northwest Illinois, 1741 Industrial Drive, will provide a food service sanitation manager course.
The class will be from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sept. 14, 21, and 28. A short refresher course will be offered at both the first and third sessions. Those attending the refresher course must stay for the entire session.
The state examination will be given. The 15-hour course must be completed to receive certification. The day will include a 30-minute lunch break. Those attending may bring a sack lunch.
Krista Morthland will be the instructor. Advanced payment is $100 for the 15-hour course and $50 for the refresher course. Those signing up the day of the course will be charged $10 more.
