Rotary remembers teacher at Harvest Hammer

MORISON – Morrison residents experienced a significant loss when Pam Bush lost her battle to cancer earlier this year. For the past 25 years she was an important part of the Harvest Hammer 5K Run and Duathlon in getting the children of Morrison ready for their race. In her memory, Morrison Rotary will be awarding a Pam Bush Memorial plaque to the first place boy and girl in each race.

This year's event will be Sept. 21 with the children's races at 8:15 a.m. and the 5K/Duathlon at 9 a.m. at Morrison High School, 643 Genessee Ave. Proceeds will be used for scholarships and community service projects.
