Zachary M. Prewett, 29, of Rochelle; 3:50 p.m. July 20 in the 100 block of North Daysville Road; speeding.

Kendall J. Truitt, 34, of Mount Morris; 7:39 p.m. July 24; warrant – failure to appear – insurance citation; taken to Ogle County Jail.

17-year-old Mount Morris girl; 3:06 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of South Fourth Street; possession of drug paraphernalia. Arrested at the same time was a 17-year-old Freeport boy; consumption as a minor; both released to parents with a referral to the state’s attorney’s office for juvenile delinquency.

Keith A. Staples, 45, of Dixon; 9:32 p.m. Firday in the 800 block of Gale Street; leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident to police authority, improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Staples also was arrested at 1:03 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of Gale Street for pedestrians soliciting rides or business.

Lynette R. Piefer, 23, of Warren; 1:42 a.m. Saturday in the 700 block of East Washington Street; failure to notify secretary of state’s office of address change.
