Adelyn Brielle Arduini

ROCK FALLS – Adelyn Brielle Arduini of Rock Falls, 2-day-old daughter of Matthew Arduini and Mallory Bellows, died Friday, July 19, 2013 at CGH Medical Center in Sterling.

She was born July 17, 2013, in Sterling.

Surviving are her parents; her brother Ethan G. Arduini; paternal grandparents Barb (Jim) Smith of Rock Falls and Scott (Kelly) Mitchem of Sterling; maternal grandfather Jerry Bellows of Rock Falls; paternal great-grandparents Marilyn Arduini of Sterling and Deb Mitchem of Rock Falls; paternal uncles and aunts, Chad Mitchem (Bree Sharp), Nikki Mitchem (Adam Bickett), Logan Staples (Macy Dissinger), Kassandra Smith, Paige Mitchem, Cameron Staples; maternal uncles and aunts Aaron Bellows (Ahneke Thompson), Caryn Bellows and Kayla Bellows (Nick Cote); paternal cousins Jocelyn Mitchem and Violet and Mya Bickett; and maternal cousins Trey Dietrick, Kyah Bellows, Brennan Bellows and Jayda Bellows.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Donna Bellows; paternal great-grandfathers Gerald Arduini and Jimmy Mitchem; and maternal great-grandparents Louise and Bob Ostrowski and William and Louise Bellows.

Visitation will be from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at McDonald Funeral Home, 1002 12th Ave. in Rock Falls. The service will follow at 11 a.m., with Monsignor Thomas Dzielak, pastor of St. Andrew Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in  Sterling.
