OREGON – Ogle County State's Attorney Mike Rock attended the national Association of Drug Court Professional's 19th annual Training Conference July 13-16. Rock participated in training and breakout sessions to make drug courts more productive. The NADCP, based in Alexandria, Va., was established in 1994 by the leaders of the first dozen drug courts in the country.
