Food, music part of historic site event

STERLING – Sterling-Rock Falls Historical Society’s pie and ice cream social will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 11 at the Lincoln-Manahan House, 607 E. Third St.

There is no cost to attend. Pie and ice cream can be purchased, with proceeds going toward remodeling for the Lincoln Learning Center.

Those attending will be able to speak with Matt Berge, the architect assisting with the remodeling. The String Alongs band will perform, and tours of the Lincoln-Manahan House will be available.
