Car, truck, motorcycle show Sunday

Classic car owners show off their rides at the 2011 Riverfront Classic in Dixon. This was the first year the show was held downtown.

DIXON – The 12th annual Riverfront Classic car, truck, and bike show returns to the downtown Sunday.

Registration will be from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Riverfront Pavilion, at the intersection of Hennepin Avenue and River Street. The cost is $15 per vehicle, except any vehicle from 1963, which can be entered for free. Admission is free to spectators.

Proceeds benefit local charities.

Bessy, the restored 1919 Ford Model T from the Ronald Reagan Boyhood Home, will be shown, 3-D Sound Company will provide the music, and there will be a 50/50 raffle.
