ROCK FALLS – Dogs at Happy Tails can really let loose these days.

An anonymous business owner donated two kinds of fencing. More than 1 acre of decorative white fencing was used for the front of the property. Chain fencing was placed in the back, allowing dogs to race and play in the yard. The chain-link was specially designed to prevent the dogs from jumping over it.

According to the press release, the donor hopes to inspire other businesses and individuals to donate time, services, or money to the nonprofit, no-kill shelter at 1408 McNeil Road.
