Boy, 16, of Dixon; 12:45 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of Bradshaw Street; unlawful consumption of alcohol and curfew violation; released to his parent.

Timothy M. Phillips, 20, of Dixon; 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of West Third Street; Dixon police warrant for failure to appear on consumption and possession of alcohol by minor; taken to Lee County Jail.

Markus W. Baker, 29, of Dixon; 1:36 a.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of South Galena Avenue; DUI alcohol and a taillight violation; taken to Lee County Jail.

Daniel L. Scott, 46, of Sterling; 12:16 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of LeFevre Street; Whiteside County warrant for failure to appear on resisting a peace officer; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Rudy Mitchell, 18, of Sterling; 6:40 p.m. Saturday on First Avenue Bridge; no valid motorcycle license; given notice to appear in court.

Misty J. Vandyke, 37, of Sterling; 8:15 p.m. Saturday at East Third Street and Eighth Avenue; no insurance; posted driver’s license.

Michael B. Walters, 35, of Sterling; 5:33 a.m. Sunday at his home; possession of marijuana 10-30 grams, possession of controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; taken to Whiteside County Jail.
