Anthony M. A passenger, Frank T. Lhotak, 33, of Lockport, was arrested on a Kendall County warrant – failure to pay/appear – shoplifting. Taken to Whiteside County Jail pending extradition.

Joshua J. Bennett, 25, of Riverdale, Iowa; 9:18 p.m. Friday in Rock Falls; operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle. A passenger and owner of the vehicle, Sarah R. Dascher, 19, of Lena, was arrested for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. Both given notice to appear in court.

Brian T. Burger, 43, of Tampico; 2:23 a.m. June 13 in Tampico; operating an uninsured motor vehicle; posted driver’s license.

Tracy R. VanDrew, 19, of Rock Falls; 12:20 a.m. June 18 in Rock Falls; operating an uninsured motor vehicle; posted driver’s license.

Brian Capaci, 46, of Huntley; 10:57 p.m. Saturday on West Pines Road; driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, after losing control of his motorcycle and landing in the ditch; posted I-bond after being treated and released at KSB Hospital.
