Keanen B.G. Corning, 20, of Dixon; 11:14 p.m. Thursday in the 700 block of North Galena Avenue; Lee County warrant – two counts of theft; taken to Lee County Jail.

Jordan L. Snyder, 21, of Sterling; 1:29 a.m. Thursday at East 12th Street and Third Avenue; driving under the influence, failure to provide information after striking an unattended vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, use of an unsafe tire; given notice to appear in court.

Ashley N. Staranko, 28, of Rock Falls; 9:44 p.m. Thursday at Sixth Avenue and East Third Street; no insurance; posted driver's license.
