Dylan D. Parvin, 25, of Rock Falls; 3:40 p.m. Thursday at East Third Street and 19th Avenue; failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident; posted driver's license.

Roger D. McCarty, 47, of Sterling; 4:30 p.m. Thursday at East Fifth Fifth Street and Second Avenue; failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident; posted driver's license.

Rock Falls Police

Rosa Johnson, 28, of Seattle; 9:57 p.m. June 8; unlawful possession of cannabis; posted bond.

Clay Simester, 34, of Rock Falls; 12:56 a.m. June 8; warrant – obstructing a court order; posted bond.

Aaron Hall, 18, of Rock Falls; 4:50 a.m. Monday; unlawful possession of cannabis, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, consumption of alcohol by a minor; given notice to appear in court.

Ogle County Sheriff

Heather Mendez, 33, of DeKalb; 10:22 p.m. Thursday in the 18000 block of state Route 64; no valid driver's license, DeKalb County warrant – larceny, speeding, operating an uninsured motor vehicle. A passenger, Sheri Torres, 26, of Rockford, was arrested on Winnebago and DeKalb County warrants. Both were taken to Ogle County Jail.

Jacklyn Seward, 28, of Herbert; Thursday; failure to appear – operating an uninsured motor vehicle; taken to Ogle County Jail by DeKalb County Sheriff deputies.

Peter H. Neumann, 27, of DeKalb; 6:55 a.m. Thursday; unlawful trespass to railroad property; taken to Ogle County Jail.

Alejandro Cruz-Garcia; 6:55 a.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of state Route 38; driving without a valid license; taken to Ogle County Jail.
