DIXON – Patricia A. Kemmerer, 80, of Dixon, died Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at KSB Hospital in Dixon.

Patricia was born Nov. 28, 1932, in Aurora, the daughter of Ralph and Iva (Ells) Armour. She married Don W. Kemmerer on March 20, 1954, in Plainfield. He preceded her in death on Jan. 18, 2009. Patricia was a member of First Congregational-United Church of Christ in Lee Center.

Survivors include two sons, Kurtis R. (Marilyn) Kemmerer of Sublette and Kevin R. (Lori) Kemmerer of West Brooklyn; one daughter, Kari L. (Ernest Jr.) Grobe of Dixon; one brother, Richard (Nancy) Armour of Stow, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Travis, Dylan, and Kyle Kemmerer, Nathan (Sara Kersten) Grobe, Brittany Grobe, Colby Kemmerer, and McKayla Harvey; and one great-grandson, Malachi Harvey.

She was also preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Preston-Schilling Funeral Home in Dixon. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at First Congregational-United Church of Christ in Lee Center, with the Rev. Jack M. Briggs, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at Ashton Cemetery.

A memorial has been established.
