Dixon Police

Jeffrey L. Walls, 22, of Dixon; 2:10 a.m. Monday in the 600 block of Division Street; Lee County warrant – retail theft; taken to Lee County Jail.

Christopher M. Taylor, 19, of Dixon; 7:30 p.m. Monday in the 2100 block of West Fourth Street; consumption of alcohol by a minor. At 8:45 p.m. he was observed driving a vehicle and was charged with illegal squealing of tires, zero tolerance and consumption of alcohol by a minor; taken to Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff

George A. Boyas, 33, of Sterling; 11:12 a.m. Monday; warrant – aggravated battery, warrant – contempt – failure to appear; given notice to appear in court.

Rock Falls Police

Christopher Warren, 17, of Rock Falls; 12:34 p.m. Monday; parole warrant – escape; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Ogle County Sheriff

Cheryl D. McGrath, 53, of Elgin; Monday; expired registration; posted bond.

Jose G. Rincon, 25, of Rochelle; Monday; two counts – aggravated battery, two counts – domestic battery; taken to Ogle County Jail.

Colin J. Fransen, 28, of Rockford; Monday in the 6000 block of Junction Road; possession of a controlled substance, fleeing to elude police, no valid driver’s license, speeding, two counts – disobeying a stop sign, improper lane usage, operating an uninsured vehicle. Aid provided by Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department.

Joshua Lower, 29, of Forreston; 11 a.m. Monday in the 2000 block of South Wilson Mill Road; two warrants; posted bond.

Clayton R. Beach, 29, of Oregon; Monday; warrant – failure to appear; posted $160.

Jorge Delgado, 29, of Rochelle; Monday; warrant – motion to increase bond, criminal trespass to residence; taken to Ogle County Jail.
