ROCHELLE – Representatives from the Citizens Utility Board and state comptroller’s office will present a free clinic Wednesday.

The program, sponsored by State Sen. Tom Bivins, R-Dixon, the Phone Bill Clinic, and the Investment and Savings Seminar, will be from 10 a.m. to noon at city hall, 420 N. Sixth St.

CUB representatives will help analyze phone bills one-on-one and show participants how to save money. CUB is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization created in 1983 by the Illinois General Assembly to represent the interests of residential utility customers across the state.

Representatives from the comptroller’s office will be available to discuss ways to protect savings and investments.

For information, call Bivins’ office at 815-284-0045.
