He is accused of six acts of sexual penetration with a girl younger than 13, three times in December 2008 and three in January 2009; and three acts of sexual penetration with another girl, also younger than 13, twice in January 2009 and once in February 2009.

The charges, each punishable by 6 to 30 years in prison, are outlined in a court document filed May 16 in Lee County Court. No explanation for the new charges was provided in the document.

Sarabia was arrested in July 2010 after a 2-month investigation. He remains in Lee County Jail on $250,000 bond.

He will be arraigned May 23 on the new charges.
