Trump concludes testimony in Chicago

CHICAGO (AP) — Donald Trump finished testifying at a civil trial in Chicago and immediately blasted the 87-year-old woman who sued him as he spoke to reporters outside the courtroom.

The "Apprentice" star finished two days on the stand Wednesday in an often heated back-and-forth with the plaintiff's attorney.

Investor Jacqueline Goldberg's lawsuit claims that Trump and his executives made false promises to entice her into buying condos at the Trump International Hotel & Tower in downtown Chicago.

Her lawyers say Trump effectively engaged in a bait-and-switch scheme.

But Trump told reporters minutes after stepping off the stand that Goldberg's suit is "disgraceful." And he added, "She's trying to rip me off."

Goldberg and her attorneys were still in court and not immediately available to respond.
