Harold L. Reinhold

PRINCETON – Harold L. Reinhold, 89, of Princeton, formerly of Amboy, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at Heartland Healthcare Center in Henry, following an illness. He worked as a shipping and receiving clerk for many different warehouses, retiring in 1985.

He was born Oct. 12, 1933, in Sublette, the son of Alpha Fred and Clara D. (Hansen) Reinhold. He was a veteran of the Army Air Force 13th Division, serving in the Pacific theater during World War II.

Survivors include his three daughters, Patricia Wright of Phoenix, Theresa (Doug) Janes of Princeton, and Hope Valentine of Orlando, Fla.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a brother, Earl Reinhold.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Harriet Holland.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A graveside service, with military honors by the Amboy American Legion, will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Prairie Repose Cemetery in Amboy. Mihm-Jones Funeral Home in Amboy is handling arrangements.
