Wear head gear, get free ice cream

MORRISON – Morrison Police Department’s Helmet Incentive Program to promote youth bicycle safety will be in effect during the summer months.

Morrison police officers who see a child between 3 and 16 wearing a helmet will give them a coupon for free ice cream from Dairy Queen.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill owners Ellen and Bart Smith are supporting the program.
