Michael Allen, 18, of Polo; 1:45 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of North Peoria Avenue; consumption of alcohol by a minor; given notice to appear in court. Arrested at the same time was Michael Smith, 21, of Polo; driving under the influence, driving in the wrong lane, operating an uninsured motor vehicle; taken to Ogle County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff

Stefanie L. Whitney, 37, of Dixon; 4:39 p.m. Wednesday; violation of an order of protection; given notice to appear in court.

Joseph A. Elder, 37, of Coleta; 1:15 p.m. Wednesday; warrant – contempt, nonpayment; taken to Lee County Jail.

Jacob J. Gomez, 25, of Steward; 7:54 p.m. Tuesday; five warrants – home invasion, domestic battery, subsequent offense, burglary, criminal damage to property – two counts; taken to Lee County Jail.

Andrew S. Daniels, 20, of Dixon; 2:58 p.m. Tuesday; warrant – criminal sex abuse; given notice to appear in court.

Laurie A. Pickett, 43, of Dixon; 12:15 p.m. Tuesday; warrant – order of commitment; given notice to appear in court.
