Biology II is senior Aleetra Roberts's favorite class. She is Polo Community High School's March Student of the Month. In the fall, she's going to Sauk Valley Community College to major in pre-med and play basketball.

Senior Aleetra Roberts, 18, is the March Polo Community High School Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Kathy Yingling and Patrick O’Bryan, and has a sister, Zandrea, 13.

Favorite class: Biology II. It’s a class that applies to the real world.

Top teacher: Jason Kamp. He teaches advanced placement physics and chemistry II.

Favorite actors: Matthew Gray Gubler and Rachel McAdams.

After graduation: I’m going to Sauk Valley Community College in the fall to major in premed and play basketball. I’m pumped.

Favorite musical group-singer: Lady Gaga is by far my favorite. I’ve seen her in concert a few times.

I’m in the dictionary next to: Athletic.

What kind of music makes your skin crawl? None. I like at least one song in every genre.

Favorite movie: “Mean Girls.”

Favorite TV show: I have an unhealthy obsession with “Criminal Minds.”

Favorite food: Chicken parmesan.

Biggest fear: Being followed or stalked.

Least favorite class: Band.

Hobbies: I enjoy blogging and taking pictures.

I’d like to meet: The lead singer of Neon Trees, Tyler Glenn.

What would you do with $100,000? Save it. After Sauk, I can transfer to a bigger school.

What is one tip you would give the freshmen? Just go with the flow, but make sure to stand up for what you believe in.

Trading places: I would trade places with Michael Jordan. I want to know how it feels to dunk like a pro.

Trading spaces: I would love to go to the East Coast. I want to experience all the amazing opportunities it has to offer.

Read this: “Looking for Alaska,” by John Green. I enjoyed this book a lot. It has so much emotion in it.
