WOODSTOCK, Ga. – Janet Lorraine Bushman, 75, of Woodstock, Ga., formerly of Milledgeville, died Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at Woodstock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a brief illness. She was employed by the University of Phoenix.

Janet was born Oct. 7, 1937, in Dixon, to Walter J. and Mary (Wade) Hackbarth.

Survivors include her sons, Warren Michael “Mike” (Nancy Christine “Chris”) Bushman of Alta Loma, Calif., and Craig Allen Bushman of Woodstock; granddaughter; sister, Shirley Knutti of Milledgeville; brother; James A. (Lynn) Hackbarth of Macomb; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry “Hank” Bushman; and her parents.

Private family graveside service will be at a later date at Oak Knoll Memorial Park in Sterling. Lakeside Funeral Home in Woodstock is handling arrangements.
