Mallory K. Anderson, 19, of Sterling; 10:18 p.m. Thursday at Locust and West 16th streets; operating an uninsured motor vehicle; posted driver's license.

Cheyanne N. Bellows, 30, of Sterling; 8:09 p.m. Thursday at West Third Street and Avenue H; disobeying a stop sign; posted driver's license.

Robert L. Widick, 21, of Kings; Wednesday; two counts – burglary; taken to Ogle County Jail.

Tom B. Connolly, 42, of Divernon; 11:05 p.m. Thursday in the 3500 block of North state Route 2; driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a revoked license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating a vehicle with no insurance; taken to Ogle County Jail. Connolly was taken to KSB Hospital for minor injuries.

Young, 46, of Rock Falls; 9:43 p.m. Wednesday at First Avenue and East Seventh Street, Rock Falls; driving under the influence, aggravated driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol, possession of cannabis, 2.5 to 10 grams, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, loud exhaust, improper lighting; taken to Whiteside County Jail.
