Jeffery A. Johnson, 33, of Dixon; 1:20 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of West First Street; driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident; posted bond.

Sterling Police

Teresa E. Eades, 61, of Sterling; 6:14 a.m. Wednesday at Locust and 11th streets; failure to yield at an intersection; posted driver’s license.

Christopher M. Surdez, 21, of Sterling; 9:10 a.m. Wednesday at Sterling Police Department; Whiteside County warrant – failure to appear – aggravated battery; taken to Whiteside County Jail.
