Antonio Velez, 30, of Rock Falls; 10:13 p.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of Palmyra Avenue; Whiteside County warrant – traffic offense; taken to Lee County Jail.

Rock Falls Police

Tammy Dunn, 39, of Dixon; 1:18 p.m. Wednesday; driving with a suspended license, disobeying a stop sign; given notice to appear in court.

Ogle County Sheriff

Jonathon A. Burnette, 22, of Rochelle; Wednesday; warrant – failure to appear; posted $595.50.

Michael Hamilton, 49, of Sterling; Wednesday; warrant – failure to appear; posted $885.

Jonna Blatchford, 21, of Rockford; warrant – failure to appear; taken to Ogle County Jail.

State Police

Nathan A. Hemminger, 28, of Sterling; 9:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of Dillon Avenue, Sterling; warrant; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Ryan M. Lockner, 37, of Columbus, Neb.; 10:15 p.m. Tuesday on Interstate 39, Whiteside County; improper lane usage; after losing control, entering the ditch, and striking a group of trees. No injuries reported.
