ROCK FALLS – Jodi L. Lattimer-Bales, 45, of Rock Falls, died Monday, April 22, 2013, at her home.

Jodi was born June 17, 1967, in Sterling, the daughter of Raymond and Donna (Wallace) Lattimer. She was employed as an administrator of a nursing home. She was proud of her kids and loved animals (Isabel). Jodi was a member of Rock Falls American Legion Post 902, where she volunteered. She enjoyed reading, and currently was enrolled at Sauk Valley Community College.

Survivors include two daughters, Allyson (Travis Tomman) Bales of Dixon and Addyson Bales of Rock Falls; two sons, Daniel Baltz of Plainfield and Adryan Bales of Rock Falls; one sister, Laura Hunsberger of Rock Falls; two brothers; several nieces and nephews, Travis Hunsberger, Tristan Hunsberger, Trina Hunsberger and Tressa Hunsberger, all of Rock Falls, Bree Slusser of Sterling, Douglas Lattimer of Rock Falls, and Sarah DeFrang of Sterling; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Jacklin and Dale Bales of Rock Falls; her sister-in-law, Crystal (Ron) Anger of Rock Falls; her brother-in-law, Jason Bales of Clinton, Iowa; and special mention, Robert Bales and Jay King, both of Rock Falls.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Todd Lattimer; and one brother-in-law, Dale Michael Bales.

Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Friday at McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls.  Graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Coloma Township Cemetery in Rock Falls.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
