Marcy A. Earl, 45, of Sterling; 10:55 a.m. Thursday at Sterling Police Department; Whiteside County warrant – obstructing a court order; posted $300.

James T. Johnson, 54, of Walnut; 1:33 p.m. Thursday 210 W. Third Street; retail theft; given notice to appear in court.

Deborah J. Kinnicutt, 50, of Sterling; 4:34 p.m. Thursday at Freeport Road and East 23rd Street; failure to yield; given notice to appear in court.
